Engagement: Executive leadership engagement. David Sperry (CCO @ Nebulous) served as VP of Brand & Marketing during the launch and growth phase.
Challenge: Launch a premium smart ring in a market dominated by wrist-based wearables. Define a new category, establish credibility at retail, and bring a breakthrough form factor to market.
Approach: As VP of Brand and Marketing, David Sperry (CCO @ Nebulous) partnered with the creative team that later formed Nebulous and partners to build the brand, go-to-market strategy, and customer experience, reframing fitness tracking around meaningful activity rather than passive step counting. A cohesive brand system spanning digital, retail, packaging, and video supported a national launch and long-term growth.
