Challenge: Improve the digital experience for Zerorez, a national cleaning services brand, with a focus on reducing drop-off and increasing conversions. The challenge was to simplify a complex service offering, build trust quickly, and optimize the experience for a mobile-first audience without losing brand credibility.
Approach: Nebulous partnered with Zerorez to lead UX research and design across key pages, focusing on user intent, trust signals, and decision friction. Guided by real user behavior, the work emphasized clarity and confidence over cleverness, resulting in a streamlined, mobile-first experience built to perform across paid, organic, and local traffic.
